Want to renovate an apartment?

2 bedroom in Kitsilano that needs to be renovated
Another happy Client

I had a couple call me a few months ago and they asked me to find them a 2 bedroom apartment near Kitsilano. The most important part was the apartment needed to be dated giving them the option to renovate. They were interested in doing the renovations and potentially putting the unit back on the market in 6 months to a year.

As first time buyers they were concerned as what the expenses were going to be and what they could expect to return after the renovations if they put their newly renovated property on the market. I, personally, have done many renovations on apartments in and around Kits so I had a good idea as what to expect.

I was able to sit my clients down and explain the breakdown of all the expenses for the initial purchase of the unit, then all the possible renovation cost, and an expected timeline. They also wanted a rough idea of what they could sell their renovated suite. I have sold in the building before and have a good understanding as what units sell for once they have been renovated.

So once we were finished discussing all the expenses, timeline and potential contractors they could use- my clients were over the moon with their purchase and I had another happy client.
